Richard Marshall, President Richard is a rancher in Scott Valley, member of the Siskiyou Farm Bureau, a Professional member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and Retired member of the American Right of Way Association. He was formerly President of the Bay Area Right of Way Association and the Bay Area Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Association.

Kathy Bergeron, Treasurer/Secretary Kathy is a longtime resident and owner manager of the Grange Insurance Company.  She is co-owner of a cattle ranch in Shasta Valley and is involved with the Yreka Chamber of Commerce. 

Rex Cozzalio Rex is a lifetime resident of the Hornbrook area with a generational ranch. He spent many years in the real estate brokerage business in Siskiyou County and is an owner of investment property. He is an avid scientist and lives adjacent to the Klamath River.

Jerry Bacigalupi Jerry is a registered civil engineer who worked for the California Department of Water Resources and Division of Highways, retired and now operates a large cattle ranch in Shasta Valley. Jerry has served as a director on many boards in Siskiyou County and was instrumental in developing “Alternative Methods to Dam Removal” a publication of SCWUA. In that effort he provided the engineering expertise to develop the plans for the volitional Fish Passageway known as the Shasta Tunnel. This effort was named in honor of the Shasta Tribe.

Sam Jackson Sam is the owner of a generational cattle ranch in Montague area.  He is a lifetime resident of Siskiyou County.

Jeff Deutscher Jeff lives in the Montague area and is a retired contractor from the Bay Area who now operates an orchard in Montague.

Charlie Blackburn Charlie resides in Klamath Falls area and owns and manages a large hay production ranch in Butte Valley.  He has vast experience in development and management industries and is an owner of Trinity Land and Cattle Company.

Susan Miller Susan is retired as a environmental engineer with Hewlett Packard and lives in Hornbrook area adjacent to the Klamath River.

Anthony Intisio Anthony is a resident of Yreka and has been active in politics for many years.  He received a law degree from "LaSalle of Chicago, in 1966. He also has online Degrees in Constitutional Law, Founding Fathers, and Federalist Papers, from Hillsdale University. He was a member of the Siskiyou Grange.

Leo Bergeron Leo is one of the founding members of SCWUA and former head of the Siskiyou Grange.  He operates a cattle ranch and is an owner of the Grange Insurance Company in Yreka with his wife Kathy.

Chrissie Reynolds, Copco Lake Representative Chrissie is a long-time resident of Copco Lake with her family.  She is very active in Copco Lake organizations and assisted in the production of photography and information relative to the development of the history and mapping of the Ancient Beswick Forest and Cultural area.  She represents the residents of Copco Lake.

Grant Knoll Grant lives in Klamath Falls area is a long-time farmer and activist in the area.  He also serves on the Board of Klamath Irrigation District.

Susan Wallace, KRCE Representative Susan is a resident of Klamath River Community Estates and serves on their Board of Directors.  This community located next to the Klamath River and near Iron Gate Dam will be severely impacted by removal of the Dams if that takes place.  Susan represents the members of KRCE on the SCWUA Board

Heath Kauffman, R-Ranch Representative Heath lives in the Hornbrook area and is the General Manager of R Ranch composed of approximately 4,000 members.  He is the liaison for R Ranch serving on the SCWUA Board of Directors.

Bob Rice, Consultant  Bob is a former head of the Klamath National Forest and a career member of the US Forest Service.  He has been instrumental in directing research in all matters relative to the Klamath Dams.  Still active and in his nineties, Bob provides an in depth look at issues of concern to SCWUA.  He headed up the team that worked on locating the natural lava dikes which blocked the Salmon passage on the Klamath and gave rise to the Ancient Beswick Forest and Cultural Area.  As a trained Silva culturalist Bob was uniquely qualified to provide the leadership in this area.

Mark Baird, Emeritus Member: Mark has been an outspoken advocate against overreaching government efforts and an ardent supporter and founding member of the State of Jefferson effort.  As a professional pilot Mark has flown around the world and is currently piloting the heavy aircraft used in fire fighting efforts  in America and in Australia.
